Truly there is no happiness in medicine,

There is no medicine like happiness

Many have experienced this truth a long back

The more medicine we take, more challenges we face and back effect 

It may cure one disease, but creates another too

Laughter and happiness are the best medicine, 

They're cost-free, available anytime

We can give and take, to anyone, 

But why does ego pressure us not to smile at others

Happiness is the best medicine, let's experience it every where

Smile, laugh, and create lighter moments 

Don't rely on pills and  tablets, they have side effects too

Even costly medicine can't bring peace

But simple happiness can bring peace 

 and gives  sound sleep 

Truly speaking, there's no medicine like happiness

Take it daily, lead a happy life, it's the best success
