எல்லோரும் என்னைப் புறக்கணிப்பார்கள்.. Everyone will ignore my efforts!

இந்தக் கவிதை உண்மையான உழைப்பிற்கும், வெளிப்பகட்டிற்கும் இடையே உள்ள முரண்பாட்டை அழகாகப் படம்பிடித்துக் காட்டுகிறது. விடாமுயற்சியுடன் உழைப்பவர்களின் தியாகங்கள் பல நேரங்களில் அங்கீகரிக்கப்படுவதில்லை என்பதையும், மற்றவர்களைக் காயப்படுத்தி கவனத்தை ஈர்ப்பவர்களே மேலோட்டமாகப் பார்க்கப்படுகிறார்கள் என்பதையும் இது ஆழமாக உணர்த்துகிறது. 

பொறாமை கொண்ட கண்கள் உங்கள் வீழ்ச்சிக்காகக் காத்திருக்கும் இந்த உலகில், உண்மைத்தன்மையுடன் இருப்பது எவ்வளவு சவாலானது என்பதை கவிஞர் இதில் வெளிப்படுத்தியுள்ளார்.

Everyone will ignore my efforts

Perseverance and hardwork not all-time ends in rewards

Exhibitionist always gathers attention 

Despite of hurting others with intention 

They highlight my mistakes 

Creating Heart breaking  aches

They are better performers than me 

Cautious are they, cunning eyes they see

I ignore such recognition 

I avoid such fantasy lovers  and their inhibition 

Fussing about their scandalous lecture

Prospering with other's slips and nature 

Gathering attention 

Isn't my intention 

With goodness and kindness

I work towards betterness 

Envious eyes awaiting your nosedive 

Expecting a decline to gossip and strife
