Prayer of Linganaickanahalli Students

- N. Sivakumar

Oh! Sky, you cry for us with drops,

To declare holiday today,

But oh! Administration, you think differently,

Our prayer may go in vain.

We students experience pain,

When it is raining without a gain.

Oh admin, open your eyes,

See the dark rainy sky,

And see our tearful eyes.

We see the news with blurry eyes.

Oh no, our district not in the news,

We hate news, all useless news.

Oh heaven, you showed mercy with rain,

But we go with pain.

What a district! What a district!
