Nothing destroys you faster than your own mind
- K.A. Santhoshi
No enemy stands outside your gate,
No stranger decides your fate.
The battle lives within your head,
In words unspoken, thoughts unsaid.
A single doubt can break the wall,
That once stood strong and tall.
A whisper of fear can make you fall,
Faster than any enemy's call.
Your mind can plant both thorn and flower,
It holds your weakness, holds your power.
It can be a prison, dark and blind,
Or a gentle, healing, quiet mind.
So guard the thoughts you let inside,
Let peace, not fear, in you abide.
Master your mind, and you will see,
You are the lock and you are the key.
