யாருடனும் உங்களை ஒப்பிடாதீர்கள். அவர்களை விட சிறந்தவராக இருக்க முயற்சி செய்யாதீர்கள். மாறாக, நேற்று நீங்கள் எப்படி இருந்தீர்களோ, அதை விட இன்று சிறந்தவராக இருக்க முயற்சி செய்யுங்கள். அதுதான் சிறந்த வளர்ச்சிக்கான உத்தியாகும். 

மற்றவர்கள் எப்படி வேண்டுமானாலும் இருந்து விட்டுப் போகட்டும்.. ஆனால் நீங்கள் நீங்களாக இருங்கள்.. தனித்துவத்துடன் வளருங்கள், உருவாகுங்கள்.. இதை விளக்கும் அழகான கவிதை இது.

Try to be better than from what you were yesterday,

There is  no gain in comparing yourself with anyone else 

Just compare yourself with only you

 And focus only on growth, let your strength shine

Leave your weaknesses, mistakes 

Have no more doubts, no more fears, 

All will be okay, just take one step at a time, 

And trust in yourself, you'll find your victory

Every individual is blessed with unique talents 

Utilize them wisely in your own spirit 

With every sleep, make improvement towards your goal, 

And wake up stronger, with a bold heart 

Yesterday is gone, and today is in your hands,

 Don't worry about mistakes, learn from them, and stand, 

For every error is a lesson learned, 

And every step forward is a victory

So rise up, and shine with all your might, 

And be the best in all ways

 You'll find your path, you'll find your way, 

And you'll be better than how you were yesterday.

There is a scope for self-improvement, self-acceptance,

 learning from mistakes by our own

 It promotes good growth never compare yourself with anyone
