சிலர் தங்களோட சுயநலத்தையும், சுய ரூபத்தையும் காட்டும் போது, நாமும் அதேபோல நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டிய அவசியமே இல்லை.. அவர்களை சைலன்ட்டாக புறக்கணித்து விட்டு போய்க் கொண்டே இருக்க வேண்டும். அப்படி நடக்க பழகிக் கொள்ளுங்கள். அதை அழகான கவிதை வடிவில் நமக்கு கொடுத்துள்ளார் வே.ஜெயந்தி.
True Colours
If someone shows you
their true colours,
don’t try to repaint them.
We trust people,
call them friends,
and walk beside them.
For a while,
they may fool us,
yet we continue the bond
smoothly, blindly.
We ignore the moments
they tried to pull us down,
When their real face appears,
walk away without anger.
Silence is strength,
distance is wisdom.
