The waterfall branches into many streams
The consciousness flows deftly
As the leaves sways in the breeze
The work, the family, the travel
Smarter the work, lighter the stress
Mechanical routine seldom impress
Overthinking verses careless thought
Reaction verses over reaction sought
Confused yet defined
Doubtful but determined
Right or wrong it depends
Weak or strong it defends
Human mind basis of all action
Creates, hopes, believes, disturbs, disposes
Connects, relishes, suffers, cherishes
None could find its position
Keeps one to finds their position
Overthinking leads into a mess
Divergent thinking creates a wonderful world without stress
Conscious waves pass onto the shore
Expressing every thought as extempore
Some are to be controlled
Some are to be filtered
Many are to be stopped
To have peace in mind as hoped
Rushing and confusing thoughts
Consoling and controlling with full stops
