இந்தக் கவிதை வரிகள், விடியலின் அமைதியையும் அதே சமயம் அது சுமந்து வரும் வாழ்வின் சவால்களையும் மிக அழகாக விவரிக்கின்றன. விடியல் சத்தமில்லாமல் வருகிறது. நாம் விழிப்பதற்கு முன்பே, ஒரு தோழனைப் போல அது நம் கையைப் பிடித்து அழைத்துச் செல்கிறது.

The day walks in without a sound,
And takes my hand before I wake.
It fills my path with endless turns,
And more than I can softly take.
Still, it stays close, asking me to move.
Morning pushes me into the rush,
With hurried steps and restless air.
Afternoon sits with my quiet thoughts,
And feels the weight I always bear.
Together they whisper, “Keep going on.”
Evening slows and looks at me,
As if it knows the fight inside.
Night comes gently, calm and kind,
And lets my hidden fears subside.
Then holds my dreams till the next day begins.
